We stock, warehouse and deliver consumer and industrial goods to foodservice, vending, grocery and retail accounts across the Greater Toronto Area — and we sell direct through this store.
Aurora Wholesale Inc. operates alongside R.S. Vending Services Inc., an Ontario corporation that has run a foodservice and vending distribution route across the GTA since 2018. Between the two companies we buy, warehouse, break down and deliver product every week of the year.
We are a stocking distributor, not a broker. Inventory sits on our racking, orders ship from our dock, and we handle our own receiving, pick-and-pack and returns.
Leased industrial unit in Vaughan with pallet racking, material handling equipment and dock access. Product is held, not drop-shipped.
Full receiving, put-away, pick-and-pack and outbound. We take pallet and truckload deliveries and break them to case or unit.
Our own delivery vehicle runs the Greater Toronto Area on a route basis. Customer pickup is available from the Vaughan facility.
We track stock levels, rotate by date code, and report sell-through to the brands we represent.
Incorporated and HST-registered, with a commercial ship-to address. Bilingual labelling and date-code handling are part of our normal receiving process.
We handle our own customer enquiries, returns and warranty claims rather than passing them back up the chain.
Accounts are open to registered businesses. Pickup from Vaughan or delivery across the GTA.

We supply independent retailers, grocers, cash-and-carry operators, foodservice and industrial buyers across Ontario. Accounts are open to registered businesses.
You can order from the catalogue without an account — an account gets you your pricing tier, order history and, on approval, net terms.
To open one, send us your business name, HST number and shipping address, or call. We will send the current line card and terms.
We are actively opening new supplier accounts across grocery, confectionery, household, industrial and safety categories, and we are interested in brands looking for Canadian distribution or an additional Ontario channel.
We work within whatever channel and pricing policy a brand sets, agreed in writing before a first order.
If you publish an availability or closeout list, we would be glad to be added to it.
Aurora Wholesale Inc. is the wholesale and distribution arm operating alongside R.S. Vending Services Inc., an Ontario corporation incorporated in 2018 and in continuous operation since.
Our established channel is foodservice and vending distribution into industrial and manufacturing accounts across the Greater Toronto Area, where we stock, warehouse and deliver on a route basis. We also operate a wholesale trade in confectionery, beverage and grocery, supplying independent grocers, cash-and-carry operators and discount retailers.
We run a leased industrial facility in Vaughan with pallet racking, material handling equipment and full shipping and receiving capability, and our own delivery vehicle across the GTA.
Trade and bank references are available on request.

Warehouse and pickup
67 Rodinea Rd, Unit 10, Maple, Ontario L6A 1R3
Pickup by appointment — call ahead.
For a line card, pricing, or to open a wholesale account, email or call and we will get back to you the same business day.
We have your order and a receipt is on its way to your email. We will confirm the pickup or delivery window today.
Pickup — free. 67 Rodinea Rd, Unit 10, Maple, Ontario L6A 1R3. By appointment; call ahead so the order is picked and waiting. Bring your own straps or blankets if you are taking a full pallet.
Delivery across the Greater Toronto Area. We run our own vehicle on a route basis, so GTA deliveries go out with our regular runs. Cost is calculated from the weight of your order at checkout. We will confirm a day when we confirm the order.
Courier, elsewhere in Canada. Priced by the billable weight of your order and shown at checkout before you submit. Case goods are heavy and bulky, so a flat national rate would either overcharge you or be one we could not honour — we would rather show you a real number.
Orders over 30 kg. Past that, parcel rates stop making sense and we quote real freight before anything is charged.
Drinks are pickup or GTA delivery only. A case of 24 × 500 ml weighs about 13 kg. Couriering it costs more than the drinks are worth, so we do not offer it — we would just be passing you a bill neither of us wants.
Items marked In stock are on our racking and normally ship or are ready for pickup within one to two business days. Items marked To order come in on our next inbound from the supplier — we will give you a date when we confirm the order.
Check your order when it arrives. Report any shortage, damage or wrong product within two business days of receipt, with photographs where there is visible damage, and we will replace, re-ship or credit it.
If a delivery arrives visibly damaged from a freight carrier, note it on the delivery paperwork before you sign. A clean signature on a damaged shipment makes a carrier claim very difficult for both of us.
We rotate by date code and will tell you the best-before dating on any dated product before you order if you ask. If dating matters to your account, say so — we would rather hold product back than send you something you cannot move in time.
If we shipped the wrong product, shorted the count, or the goods arrived damaged, that is on us. Tell us within two business days of receipt and we will replace it, re-ship it or credit it — your choice. Photographs help where there is damage.
If a product is defective or has been recalled by the manufacturer, contact us regardless of when you bought it.
Unopened, undamaged, resaleable full cases in original packaging may be returned within 14 days with our agreement in advance. Contact us first — we will confirm what is coming back and where to send it. A restocking charge may apply where the return is substantial, and return freight is the buyer's unless we made the error.
Short-dated or date-sensitive product. Opened or broken cases. Product that has been stored outside normal conditions. Special orders brought in specifically for you. Anything sold as a clearance or closeout lot, which is sold as-is and described as such at the time.
Email sam@aurorawholesaleinc.com with your invoice number, the product, the quantity and the reason. We answer the same business day.

Aurora Wholesale Inc., an Ontario corporation, Ontario Corporation Number 1000615109, registered office 70 Championship Circle, Aurora, Ontario L4G 0H9. Shipping and receiving at 67 Rodinea Rd, Unit 10, Maple, Ontario L6A 1R3. GST/HST registration 735085219RT0001.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, per case, and exclude tax. HST is applied at checkout at 13% on taxable goods. Basic groceries are zero-rated and are not taxed; confectionery, snack foods, carbonated beverages and single servings are taxable. Prices can change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
$250 before tax.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We confirm price, availability and timing before the order is filled — usually the same business day. Where an item has become unavailable we will tell you rather than substitute it without asking.
We accept EFT, e-transfer, cheque on pickup, and card through Stripe. New accounts start on prepaid or COD terms. Net terms are available on approval — see Wholesale accounts. Overdue balances may carry interest and may suspend further shipments.
Title passes on payment in full. Risk passes on pickup, or on delivery to the address you gave us.
Some brands we carry set their own conditions on where and how their products may be resold. Where that applies to something you are buying, we will tell you at the time of the order.
We are a distributor, not the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties pass to you where they exist. Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects a consumer's rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Only what we need to fill your order and keep the account straight: business name, contact name, email, phone, delivery address, HST number where you give it, and your order history.
We never see or store your card number. Card payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure checkout. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and nothing more.
Fill orders, invoice, arrange delivery, handle returns, and meet our record-keeping obligations. That is all. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone except where it is necessary to complete your order — a courier needs a delivery address, Stripe needs to process a payment.
We email you about your orders. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and anything promotional we ever send will have a working unsubscribe link.
As long as the account is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and corporate record-keeping rules require.
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email sam@aurorawholesaleinc.com.
